Opportunities for Employers

Kaikki töihin 26 gives employers the chance to meet motivated jobseekers for a wide range of roles while actively promoting diversity in the workplace.

During the event, employers will gain practical insight into how job roles can be structured or adapted in ways that benefit the entire work community, the employee, and society as a whole.

Employers can engage directly with jobseekers and job coaches, learning what kind of support employment coaching can provide at different stages of the recruitment process. Employment coaching lowers the threshold for hiring and helps identify practical solutions that work from both the employer’s and the employee’s perspective.

In addition, the event offers up-to-date information on financial support options and incentives available to employers when hiring people with partial work ability. By speaking with experts, employers can explore which support measures may apply to their situation and how to apply for them in practice.

Who Is the Event For?

Kaikki töihin 26 is open to everyone interested in employment-related topics, networking with employers and service providers, or gaining new momentum in their job search.

For jobseekers, the event provides a low-threshold opportunity to present their skills, motivation, and potential directly to employers.

Programme Highlights:
