Happy World Mental Health Day – Let’s Take a Moment to Pause

Today, October 10th, 2025, we celebrate World Mental Health Day. This year’s theme is Mental Pause. The purpose of the day is to remind us that mental health matters to everyone – and that it’s okay to take a break amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A mental pause can be exactly what you need: a ten-minute breather, a walk in the forest, some stretching, or even a quiet moment with a cup of tea. The most important thing is to stop, listen to yourself, and give your mind space to recover.

This evening, starting at 6 PM, you can join a shared mental pause by lighting up something green – perhaps your window or an object that’s meaningful to you. Together, we’ll shine a green light for mental health.
