Founded in 1983, Niemikoti Foundation carries out social psychiatric rehabilitation and preventive mental health work in accordance with its statutes, supporting mental health rehabilitees in outpatient care in Helsinki within the framework of a recovery-oriented approach.

We operate as a responsible and non-profit subsidiary of the City of Helsinki, as part of the city group. Our activities are environmentally conscious, and we adhere to the principles of safe space and fair employment.
