Samarbetet med Niemikotis\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6s Valtti Valmennus har f\u00f6rt in nya medarbetare i organisationen, som kompletterar teamen och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar vardagens smidighet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201dDet h\u00e4r kr\u00e4ver inte raketvetenskap av n\u00e5gon. Resultatet blev arbetsuppgifter med l\u00e5g tr\u00f6skel, som genomf\u00f6rdes via Keikkaamo-plattformen, till exempel p\u00e5 Helsingin Senioris\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6s Antinkoti. Tj\u00e4nsteanv\u00e4ndare fr\u00e5n Valtti Valmennus deltog via Keikkaamo i korta arbetspass med \u00e4ldre, d\u00e4r de medverkade i olika aktiviteter s\u00e5som spel, dans och annan interaktiv verksamhet. I b\u00e4sta fall kan \u00e4ven kortvarigt arbete \u00f6ppna d\u00f6rrar till arbetslivet eller v\u00e4cka intresse f\u00f6r studier inom v\u00e5rdbranschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt har Helsingin Senioris\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6 budgeterat medel f\u00f6r keikkaarbete \u00e4ven f\u00f6r kommande \u00e5r, vilket \u00e4r ett konkret tecken p\u00e5 l\u00e5ngsiktighet i tj\u00e4nsteplaneringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e4r uppgiften \u00e4r tydlig, gl\u00e4nser arbetstagaren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rutom keikkaarbetspassen har Helsingin Senioris\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6 i \u00e5r anst\u00e4llt tre tj\u00e4nsteanv\u00e4ndare fr\u00e5n Valtti Valmennus i olika tidsbegr\u00e4nsade och deltidsanst\u00e4llningar med l\u00f6nest\u00f6d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Marja<\/strong>&nbsp;b\u00f6rjade i tv\u00e4tteriet och har p\u00e5 kort tid vuxit till en fullv\u00e4rdig medlem i teamet. Hennes anst\u00e4llning har f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngts till slutet av maj 2026. \u201dArbetsf\u00e4rdigheter, initiativf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och kommunikation \u2013 allt har utvecklats. Hennes glada morgonh\u00e4lsning har blivit tv\u00e4tteriets k\u00e4nnetecken\u201d, ber\u00e4ttar Laaksonen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jarkko<\/strong>&nbsp;arbetade under sommaren en kortare period med assisterande k\u00f6ksuppgifter innan han gick vidare till annat arbete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ville<\/strong>&nbsp;b\u00f6rjar i oktober p\u00e5 Pakilakoti med transportuppgifter (avfall och tv\u00e4tt). F\u00f6r honom har en roll skr\u00e4ddarsytts som frig\u00f6r tid f\u00f6r andra att fokusera p\u00e5 sj\u00e4lva v\u00e5rdarbetet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201dDet viktigaste \u00e4r att det finns motivation eller r\u00e4tt attityd. N\u00e4r uppgiften \u00e4r tydligt definierad, introduktionen g\u00f6rs tillsammans och arbetscoachen ger st\u00f6d, blir arbetstagaren snabbt oumb\u00e4rlig och saker b\u00f6rjar falla p\u00e5 plats. Arbetstagaren kommer in i arbetsgemenskapen\u201d, s\u00e4ger Laaksonen.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; white-space: normal; caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: medium;\">Arbetscoachning s\u00e4nker tr\u00f6skeln \u2013 \u00e5t b\u00e5da h\u00e5llen<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetscoachen fr\u00e5n Valtti Valmennus ser till att arbetstagaren f\u00e5r tillr\u00e4ckligt med st\u00f6d och att kontakten med arbetsgivaren h\u00e5lls levande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201dTill exempel \u00e4r det viktigt att f\u00f6lja upp hur uppgifterna klaras av, eventuell belastning och psykiska symtom under arbetets g\u00e5ng. Kontakten h\u00e5lls t\u00e4t, och saker tas upp med l\u00e5g tr\u00f6skel. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt kan problem f\u00f6rebyggas\u201d, beskriver <strong>Pasi Tuominiemi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Helsingin Senioris\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6s kultur st\u00f6der detta: d\u00f6rrarna \u00e4r \u00f6ppna, saker sk\u00f6ts ansikte mot ansikte och spelreglerna \u00e4r desamma f\u00f6r alla. Fr\u00e5nvaro meddelas alltid via telefonsamtal, uppgiftsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar \u00f6verenskoms gemensamt, och alla \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna att st\u00e4lla fr\u00e5gor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote alignright\"><blockquote><p>M\u00e5ngfald \u00e4r v\u00e5r grundinst\u00e4llning.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e5ngfald \u00e4r redan vardag \u2013 personer med delvis arbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga passar naturligt in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hos Helsingin Senioris\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6 arbetar m\u00e5nga yrkespersoner med olika spr\u00e5klig och kulturell bakgrund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201dOm vi h\u00f6ll fast vid endast ett \u2019traditionellt\u2019 arbetss\u00e4tt skulle v\u00e5r verksamhet inte fungera. M\u00e5ngfald \u00e4r v\u00e5r grundinst\u00e4llning \u2013 personer med delvis arbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga passar naturligt in i det\u201d, s\u00e4ger Mets\u00e4honkala.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Vardagligt ledarskap \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande: tydlig arbetsf\u00f6rdelning, \u00e5terkommande rutiner och v\u00e4nlig, rak kommunikation fungerar b\u00e4st. Arbetscoachen kan st\u00f6tta b\u00e5de arbetstagaren och chefen, till exempel i att ge \u00e5terkoppling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varf\u00f6r skulle \u00e4ven &#8221;h\u00e5rda aff\u00e4rsbolag&#8221; gynnas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mets\u00e4honkala hoppas att exemplet sprider sig \u2013 \u00e4ven till den privata sektorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201dStora f\u00f6retag har resurser och m\u00f6jligheter. Det vore en m\u00e4nsklig handling, men ocks\u00e5 ett aff\u00e4rsm\u00e4ssigt klokt beslut: ryktet st\u00e4rks och engagemanget \u00f6kar\u201d, motiverar hon.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Skr\u00e4ddarsydda, avgr\u00e4nsade uppgifter f\u00f6r personer med delvis arbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga ger snabbt merv\u00e4rde. \u00c4ven om introduktionen till uppgiften tar tid i b\u00f6rjan, kan experterna \u2013 n\u00e4r flaskhalsen f\u00f6rsvinner \u2013 fokusera p\u00e5 sin k\u00e4rnkompetens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Villkoren f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras \u2013 samarbete hj\u00e4lper att ta sig \u00f6ver tr\u00f6sklarna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i arbetsmarknaden och i f\u00f6rm\u00e5nssystemet p\u00e5verkar direkt hur l\u00f6nsamt deltidsarbete \u00e4r f\u00f6r individen. Att skyddsdelen i arbetsl\u00f6shetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5nen har tagits bort har gjort det mindre l\u00f6nsamt f\u00f6r vissa att ta korta keikkaarbetspass eller deltidsjobb \u2013 \u00e4ven om det i vissa livssituationer vore den mest l\u00e4mpliga v\u00e4gen tillbaka till arbetslivet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote alignright\"><blockquote><p>N\u00e4r uppgiften \u00e4r tydligt definierad och kommunikationen \u00f6ppen,<br>blir arbetstagaren snabbt oumb\u00e4rlig.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201dI v\u00e5r coachning m\u00e4rks det till exempel genom att ett pensionsbeslut ger v\u00e5ra tj\u00e4nsteanv\u00e4ndare st\u00f6rre trygghet att prova p\u00e5 arbete \u2013 d\u00e5 v\u00e5gar man ta vara p\u00e5 m\u00f6jligheter p\u00e5 ett annat s\u00e4tt, n\u00e4r man kan arbeta enligt sina egna f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och inom pensionsinkomstgr\u00e4nserna. En samarbetspartner och arbetsgivare som Helsingin Senioris\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6 motsvarar m\u00e5nga av v\u00e5ra tj\u00e4nsteanv\u00e4ndares \u00f6nskem\u00e5l och behov om en idealisk arbetsplats\u201d, beskriver <strong>Emma Heikkinen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hur gjorde vi \u2013 och hur kan du\/ditt f\u00f6retag\/er organisation b\u00f6rja?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>B\u00f6rja med keikkaarbetspass.<\/strong>\u00a0Testa 2\u20134 timmars pass med tydliga uppgifter (t.ex. tv\u00e4tteri, disk i k\u00f6ket, grundl\u00e4ggande st\u00e4drutiner, transporter).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skr\u00e4ddarsy rollen.<\/strong>\u00a0Skriv ner ansvaret kortfattat och synligt vid arbetsstationen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kom \u00f6verens om spelregler.<\/strong>\u00a0Fr\u00e5nvaroanm\u00e4lan, byte av pass, pauser \u2013 gemensamt och skriftligt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>H\u00e5ll kontakt med coachningen.<\/strong>\u00a0Kom \u00f6verens om uppf\u00f6ljningssamtal och en kontaktperson med l\u00e5g tr\u00f6skel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bygg vidare p\u00e5 framg\u00e5ngar.<\/strong>\u00a0F\u00f6rl\u00e4ng avtalet, ut\u00f6ka arbetstiden eller l\u00e4r ut en ny uppgift n\u00e4r grundrollen fungerar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201dGoda arbetss\u00e4tt f\u00f6ds i vardagen \u2013 inte i rapporter.
