This takes place as an on-site <strong>group interview<\/strong>, where each applicant has the opportunity to present themselves. We also assess collaboration skills through group tasks, as the ability to <strong>work in a group<\/strong> is an essential quality for an Expert by Experience\u2014one that can be utilized and further developed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>diverse group<\/strong> is formed from <strong>individuals<\/strong> with different backgrounds and experiences. We aim to ensure appropriate timing by confirming that applicants have <strong>enough distance<\/strong> from challenging experiences and demanding emotions, and that those recovering from substance use disorders have maintained at least one year of sobriety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, we have received more applications than there are available training places. If you are not selected the first time, <strong>we encourage you to apply again<\/strong>, as this demonstrates perseverance and motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overall, it is good to remember that
